Ayame Dickler

Ayame Dinkler is the Chief of Staff for the LCMC Health system, working closely with CEO Greg Feirn and leading all efforts related to government affairs, policy and regulatory strategy, and other external strategic partnerships across the five-hospital system. She joined LCMC Health in 2015 after spending more than a decade in public service.

The Chief of Staff positions Ayame held with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in Washington, DC, make her uniquely qualified to deal with both the public and private sectors for our system’s healthcare initiatives. Locally, she also worked for the City of New Orleans in various capacities.

National healthcare publication Becker’s Hospital Review recognized Ayame as one of its Rising Stars for 2018. She serves on the Board of the New Orleans Building Corporation, Greater New Orleans Inc.’s NextGen Council, and is active with several community organizations focused on women’s issues and youth development.
